YCCUON is a real-time weather alert service that sends out weather warnings, watches, tropical alerts, and other advisories as soon as they are issued by federal agencies including the National Weather Service. Alerts are sent to subscribers in the warned areas to a mobile device via Text and Voice Messaging for $5.50 per month. (Voice Messages will be sent to both mobile and landlines.)

YCCUON currently works with several local cities, towns and counties offering this service.  Now you can receive this same service by selecting the locations you’d like to receive alerts.  So, if you are on the go, you may want to choose several locations.
