What began as an ongoing conversation between friends, has become a podcast and blog to help women achieve their full potential in health and wellness, through both the physical and spiritual aspects of healthy living. Friendship, the Word and a lot of experience come together as Dana and Kim discuss how to live well, finish strong and glorify God in it all – bringing other women along for the ride. They lost 100 pounds each, have found joy in the journey, and want to share it with others!
Dana and Kim are available to speak together, or individually, at women’s ministry events, conferences, retreats and other engagements.
