YCCUON is proud to present the first-ever “Business Excellence Award” to Annalee Vera, a dedicated and inspiring leader in the Okemah community. Originally from Royse City, Texas, Annalee moved to Okemah, Oklahoma, 12 years ago, where she has become a valued member of the local workforce and a role model for exceptional customer service.

Annalee has worked for Sonic Drive-In for 11.5 years and now serves as the manager of the Okemah Sonic location. Throughout her career, Annalee has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, earning the respect of her colleagues and customers alike. Her leadership and work ethic have set a high standard for customer service in the community.

Recently, Annalee exemplified the true spirit of customer service when she encountered a dissatisfied customer. Rather than viewing the situation as a setback, Annalee saw it as an opportunity to go above and beyond. She personally addressed the customer’s concerns, took ownership of the mistake, and made every effort to correct the issue.
