Affiliate / Independent Contractor Agreement
MBOS, LLC dba YCCUON (You Can Check Us Out Now)
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is made between MBOS, LLC dba YCCUON (You Can Check Us Out Now) (“Company”) and the individual or business named above (“Affiliate”).
2. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, joint venturer, or legal representative of the Company. The Affiliate is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, insurance, and expenses related to their activities. The Affiliate shall not represent themselves as an employee, agent, or representative of YCCUON for any purpose.
3. PURPOSE
This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Affiliate may promote YCCUON’s services and receive commissions from qualified sales or referrals.
4. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Affiliates earn commissions according to the following payout schedule:

| Level 5 | Recruited by Level 4 affiliates | 8% | Fifth downline level |
Additional Terms:
- Payouts are processed through Stripe on a regular schedule as determined by YCCUON.
- Commissions are paid only on active, paid accounts.
- YCCUON reserves the right to update the compensation structure with at least 30 days’ written notice.
5. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote YCCUON products and services in an ethical and professional manner.
- Use only approved materials, graphics, and messaging provided or authorized by YCCUON.
- Avoid making false or misleading claims about earnings, services, or Company performance.
- Comply with all FTC disclosure requirements when promoting affiliate links.
- Maintain good standing; accounts inactive for more than 90 days may be deactivated.
6. TERM AND TERMINATION
- This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
- YCCUON may terminate immediately for fraud, policy violations, misuse of branding, or unethical conduct.
- Upon termination, unpaid but qualified commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in the next regular payout cycle.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Affiliate agrees not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information obtained through association with YCCUON, including but not limited to customer lists, compensation data, or internal systems.
8. TAX REPORTING AND W-9 REQUIREMENT
- Affiliates are independent contractors and are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable income and self-employment taxes.
- Each Affiliate must complete and submit a signed IRS Form W-9 before any commissions can be released.
- The W-9 may be submitted electronically via the affiliate dashboard or emailed to support@yccuon.com.
- YCCUON will issue Form 1099-NEC to all Affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year.
9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
YCCUON may modify this Agreement or its policies with written notice to Affiliates via email or dashboard announcement. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE
By completing the YCCUON affiliate registration process and checking the box labeled “I have read and agree to the YCCUON Affiliate / Independent Contractor Agreement,” the Affiliate acknowledges that this constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or representations.
