Participation in the YCCUON Affiliate Program is subject to a separate Affiliate / Independent Contractor Agreement. These Terms of Use apply to the affiliate portal and website functions, but the agreement governs commissions, taxes, and contractor relationships.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YCCUON is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, listings, or affiliate platform. YCCUON makes no guarantees regarding traffic, sales, or earnings.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YCCUON, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the site or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications
