• At just 17, Jeff enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps while still in high school. Upon graduation, he entered boot camp, marking the beginning of his lifelong commitment to public service.

• Jeff served his country honorably as a U.S. Marine, stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá, Colombia.
• His military experience instilled in him discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of duty.

Law Enforcement Career

• After his military service, Jeff returned to Oklahoma, joining the Warr Acres Police Department before spending 28 distinguished years with the Oklahoma City Police Department.
• During his tenure, Jeff earned several prestigious awards, including:
  • Officer of the Year
  • Medal of Valor for his heroic response as a first responder to the Oklahoma City bombing.
  • Medal of Honor for saving a fellow officer’s life during a shootout with an armed robbery suspect.
  • Bill Halsey Award for Bravery, presented by General Tommy Franks.
• After retiring, Jeff served as an Oklahoma City Marshal for 13 years, further demonstrating his dedication to public safety.
• Later, he worked as a school resource officer in Okemah, Oklahoma, for five years, focusing on school security and student safety.

• Since marrying into the Randolph family of Paden, Oklahoma, in 2016, Jeff has proudly called Okfuskee County home.
